Among the daisies
Mariosa & Stephen told me they wanted nature to be a key focus for their wedding & their photographs. And the day we got, made my job pretty easy! It was beautifully sunny, in Brooklodge in Wicklow and I heard that morning one of their guests saw a lawnmower being brought to their ceremony location - luckily they knew Mariosa well and intervened! So as you’ll see they married among a sea of wild daisies, beside the rushing river & surrounded by those they love most.
I was only with them for a few hours and we created a huge gallery for them to remember this emotional, beautiful & laughter filled day. We don’t always get weather like this in Ireland but to be fair, her smile would have been amazing in the rain too!
